Windmill Cub Pack – Testing Our Boats

On Monday 16 June, on a lovely sunny evening, Windmill Cub Pack made their way down to the river to test out their boats. They had made their boats the previous week at cubs out of re-cycled materials.

We had lots of adult helpers (thank you all), so we were able to have lots of races, with different rules each time, and great fun was had by all. We finished the evening with a water fight, of course – ensuring we were all cooled down before the walk back up the hill!
