North Leigh is a village and civil parish about 3 miles North East of Witney in Oxfordshire and includes the hamlets of East End and Wilcote. The 2021 Census recorded the parish’s population as 2,126. North Leigh, or Nor’Lye as it is known locally, is probably the best place in the world!
