About Us

Our Strategy

We’re excited about looking to the future and our Place to Belong strategy, launched in 2026. Place to Belong, our strategy to 2035, was been created with input from over 28,000 people. We’re proud that it’s a strategy for young people, shaped by young people.

Crucially, this plan builds on the strong foundations of our Skills for Life strategy. We’re certainly not starting from scratch; we’re building on what’s already working and focusing our energy where it’ll matter most to our members.
