This week the Woodland Bevers learnt some yoga. Thank you so much to Hannah for coming in to demonstrate the yoga and it was amazing the way it was all likened to a beaver camping experience – a fabulous idea. The asana, pranayama, dhyana and yamas demonstrated by the beavers was amazing – well done
