Windmill Cubs – Tennis Taster Session

On Friday 8 May, Windmill Cubs went to Excel Tennis Academy in Witney for a tennis taster session. We all had great fun learning forehand, backhand and the serve.

We had a lot of laughs during the evening, with some cubs being far too powerful and hitting the ball not only out of the court but also over the area fencing.

During the evening we gradually got better and we ended the evening playing ‘Champion’. At the end of the game, Woody was our well-deserved Champion. Well done Woody and well done to all the cubs that attended the evening as everyone improved as the evening went on.
