Woodland Beavers – Camp Craft

This week in our meeting we practised camp craft. Each lodge put up a tent and found out about camp cookers. We then had a tent inspection!

After all that we had a Log chew. This is a meeting where the beavers decide things that effect the colony. As many of you know we have a new leader… and all our leaders have special beaver names, so our Log Chew this week was to decide on our new leader’s scouting name. We had lots of great suggestions and after a very close vote we are pleased to officially welcome Hawk to the leadership team!
