As Shrove Tuesday was on February 28th, on the Monday before it we had a pancake themed evening. We therefore had lots of activities involving pancakes!
Throughout the evening, the Cubs made and ate pancakes

We had races where the Cubs had to carry a pancake in a frying pan, and then flip the pancake at each end of the hall – there were some very good pancakes flips!

We finally finished off with pancake frisbee!
It’s safe to say that the Cubs had a great time, and we ended up with a bag full of broken up pancakes at the end of the evening!
