On Group day North Leigh Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and the Leaders all join up for a day of fun and adventure at Youlbury. The day gives the scouts of ages a chance to join in some mixed age team work, to make new friends and push personal boundaries. Children, teens and adults take part in a range of activities from Crate Stacking, to the gigantic 3D swing, Archery and Climbing.
For 2015 we also all got together for some good old fashioned fun in the afternoon in the form of wheelbarrow races, egg and spoon and sack racing. Not forgetting of course the tug of war. Many laughs to be had before we all sang our hearts out around the camp fire.
In 2016 North Leigh Group Day at Youlbury will be on 24th September.
